Terms
Last updated September 1, 2026
These terms cover the public CourseAlive website and demonstration lessons. A paid pilot or institutional deployment requires a separate written agreement defining scope, support, privacy, access, ownership, and acceptance.
Demonstration purpose
Public lessons and interactive examples are provided to demonstrate teaching approaches and platform capabilities. Experimental or review-pending examples are identified where practical. They are not a substitute for an instructor's academic review or for professional engineering, medical, safety, or legal judgment.
Permitted use
You may view and interact with public demonstrations for evaluation and learning. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, extract private course material, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Content and intellectual property
CourseAlive platform code, original course presentation, and first-party visual work remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party models, libraries, media, and embeds retain their stated licenses and attribution. Access to a demonstration does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish its contents.
Availability and changes
Demonstrations may change, move, pause, or be withdrawn while the platform is developed. We work to keep published information accurate and usable, but preview services can contain errors or temporary interruptions.
